Ingredients
2 cups water 2 cups red unpeeled potatoes 1 cup diced carrots
½ cup celery ¼ cup chopped onion 1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper ¼ cup all purpose flour 2 cups whole milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup So Soya/meat ¾ cup salsa
Directions
1. In a dutch oven combine water, all vegetables - pepper, boil and simmer 10-12minutes
2. Place milk in large sauce pan, gradually add milk, cook for 2 minutes or until thick, add cheese until melted
3. Add SoSoya or meat and cheese mixture to vegetable mixture.
4. Add salsa and stir
